Bedlam Theatre

Bedlam is home to the Edinburgh University Theatre Company and is the oldest fully student-run theatre in Britain.

Our 90 seat theatre and Fat Cat Café are open for performances at least two nights a week during the term and all day every day during Freshers' Week and Student Festival.



From drama to comedy to new writing and everything in between, Bedlam has something for everyone.

Bedlam is also home to Edinburgh's longest-running improv troupe, the Improverts, who play every Friday at 10:30pm.
