Award winning comedian, Russell Kane gives some tips on how to be a stand up comedian.

Ever thought of getting into stand up but didn't have the nerve to do your first gig?

Russell Kane gives advice to The Sun's Mark Brown as he steps on stage for the first time and talks about breaking up with his girlfriend.

Russell walked away from the 2010 edinburgh Fringe Festival with the top award for best show, Smokescreens and Castles.

In this clip Russell uses his expertise to help Mark to structure his jokes and deliver them on stage.

Russell Kane will be bringing his award winning show, Smokescreens and Castles to the Pleasance Theatre on Saturday 29th January 2011. This will be one of the biggest coemdy nights of the year for eusalive and the city of Edinburgh and we're all excited to see Russell back in the pleasance where he won the 2010 Edinburgh Comedy Award.
